These terms govern your use of the Riverbend Home Health & Hospice website and the services, bookings and purchases made through it. By using the site you agree to them.

Services and bookings

Appointment times are reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and may change without notice. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel from the client portal before the next billing date.

Refunds

Physical products may be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery unless noted otherwise on the product page. Services already performed are not refundable, but if something is not right, tell us and we will make it right.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your portal login confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Content

Everything on this site (text, images, logos, code) belongs to Riverbend Home Health & Hospice or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Reviews and messages you submit may be used to improve and promote our services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riverbend Home Health & Hospice is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of UT, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
